United Kingdom

Wildflower ships from the UK, and Royal Mail special delivery shipping is free with all UK orders. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped. 

After shipping, delivery will be the next working day before 1pm.

Current Royal Mail strikes may impact delivery dates as special delivery times are not currently guaranteed

Europe

Shipping to most European countries is £55 (this price may be converted to your local currency at checkout) and is tracked, signed for and insured via Parcelforce. Shipping is approximately 1-2 weeks. 

Please note that Wildflower does not currently ship to Italy or Spain.

Rest of world

Wildflower ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping to the rest of the world is £80 (this price may be converted to your local currency at checkout) tracked, signed for and insured. Shipping is approximately 1-3 weeks.

Customs duties and taxes

International customers -outside of the United Kingdom- are responsible for paying inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees charged by your local customs. Wildflower provides customs documentation with details of the order. From this, fees are calculated by and paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Wildflower. Wildflower is not responsible for refunding them to you if you choose to return your items.

Wildflower ships international packages with duties and taxes unpaid, meaning that duties, taxes and fees are not included in the price of the items you purchase from our website. All fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel, or in some cases may be billed to you after delivery. 

Please refer to your local government website for a breakdown of the taxes you will be charged on your import.
