Refund policy

If you are new to the world of wigs and toppers, it's good to bear in mind that your piece needs a little time and personalization to get used to. It’s normal to feel overwhelmed with the amount of hair when you’re trying for the first time! This soon goes away.

If you would like to return your item, please notify me at wildflowerhair1@gmail.com. Returned orders must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

If you would like to exchange to another stock item, please notify me of this as soon as possible, and I will hold the item for you and ship it when your return is received. You can also leave your refund as store credit, which doesn't expire.

If you chose to have your topper or wig custom cut (length, layers, bangs etc) prior to shipping, your item is not eligible for a return or refund.

To receive a refund, the piece must not be altered in any way.  You must return the topper/ wig in the exact same condition as it was received (including the box and all other components). This includes: (but not limited to) not washing, changing the part, using heat tools, cutting, using hair products or using dyes. 

If your piece has a lace front, do not cut the lace until you’re certain that you are keeping it, if lace is cut, the item is no longer eligible for a refund.

Do not alter the base in any way. Do not alter or remove the clips or wig comb.

You must ensure the piece is packaged in its protective dust bag with all clips closed. Do not fold the base of the topper/ wig in half as this will damage the cap and a return will not be granted.

The customer is responsible for any return postage, and a trackable service is strongly advised to ensure that the package arrives safely. Wildflower Hair cannot be responsible for any returns that go missing. The customer will be required to open a claim with the shipping courier for their loss should a package go missing, for this reason it is recommend to insure the item for the full value.

It is helpful if you provide me with tracking details so I can check on the parcels delivery date, this may speed up my receipt of the item, and your receipt of a refund.

If posting back a return from outside of the UK, your customs declaration must be marked ‘returned goods’ or ‘return to sender’ in the relevant section. This is to ensure Wildflower is not charged customs duties for your return. If Wildflower is contacted prior to delivery to pay customs duties, the parcel will be rejected and shipped back to you.

Any customs duties that are charged on the parcel after receipt due to incorrectly declaring the parcel will be deducted from your refund.

Once the return has arrived, please allow 3 working days for your return to be processed. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email of your return. Refunds can take between 5-15 business days to be returned to your bank account depending on your country/ card processor.
